Lights All Around was established in 2017 by our owner, Kiel Russo, whose experience has spanned over a decade in the lighting industry. We offer decorating to the tri-county area. Our company is here to create magical and exciting light displays that will brighten up your holiday season. All of our lights are LED and 90% energy safe.
