  • How early do you begin hanging Christmas lights?
    We start installing Christmas lights each year as early as October 15th.
  • How much does your service cost?
    The cost of your Christmas light installation depends on the size of your home, trees, shrubs, pathways, etc and the amount of lights being utilized.
  • Do you have a minimum?
    Yes, our minimum job amount is $600-$1000.
  • What payment methods do you accept and when do I pay?
    We happily accept cash, check, major credit cards or Venmo. Credits cards have a 3.57% fee per transaction. A deposit of 50% is due as a security deposit to secure your installation date. The remaining 50% balance will be charged upon completion of the installation.We also have payment plans available for throughout the year.
  • Do you offer discounts?
    Yes, we do! Contact us to discuss our loyalty discount.
  • Will you install lights that we already own?
    No. We cannot warranty the quality or workmanship of lights we do not provide. Lights All Around only installs products from our company. This is necessary for our insurance, as well as for consistency and quality. Our commercial grade products far exceed quality of store bought items.
  • Will your installers remove my lights as well as install them?
    Yes. Our professionals are dedicated to installing lights and removing the lights after the holiday season. Removal is included in our price. Removals generally begin January 2.
  • What happens if I have a problem with my lights?
    If a problem should occur with your display, we have service technicians to correct the issues as soon as possible.
  • Will we need to hire an electrician?
    Most of the time no, however for larger installations extra power may be necessary. We will let you know at the time of your estimate if we believe that extra power is needed.
  • Do you carry liability insurance specific to Christmas decorating?
    Lights All Around is fully insured for Christmas decorating.
  • What is your store return policy?
    You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your item in order to authorize and process a return. We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective products. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs of non-defective products. Items that are designed for specific holidays (Halloween or Christmas) must be returned prior to that particular holiday. Returns will not be accepted after the holiday has passed.
